Do you ever have one of those Mondays that just does not go your way? You keep on thinking that the day is going to get better...but it just never happens?! That was my Monday...it was less than stellar!
Luckily now that I am settled at home in my sweats, had a good workout and a delicious dinner, I am in a better place than I was at the beginning of the day.
But I have found that when I am in a bad mood and I am just having a crummy day, what always makes me feel better is to have a good laugh! If your week started off on the wrong side of the bed today, here is a video that might just cheer you up. My brother in law shared this with me last week, and I still can't stop laughing every time I watch it...maybe because it is just too true! Yes it is sad to admit but this could be a snapshot from my life if these boys were watching the Bachelor instead of The Biggest Loser!
