Is it LUXE OR LESS?

I think I need this adorable blue stripe wicker clutch from J.Crew!  I'm such a sucker for a pretty summer clutch...

But at $88 I can't tell if this cute little bag is LUXE OR LESS??

What do you think?  Are you ever on the fence if something is a good deal or not??
