It's that wonderful time of year again when Nordstrom previews many of their fall fashions at a deeply discounted price during their annual Anniversary Sale!

The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is a great time to pick up a few new pieces for fall ahead of the game, and it is a rare chance to get pre-season styles at ridiculously reduced prices!

The Anniversary Sale started late this month, and it will be going on through August 1!

If you live in the NYC  area and don't have plans this weekend, I suggest you check out the annual summer sidewalk sales in Greenwich, CT!  Greenwich is less than a 45 minute drive from New York City, and they have an amazing collection of fashionable boutiques.  The sidewalk sales in Greenwich start today and will go through Sunday, July 24.  Along with the sales there will be face painting and live music for children!

And here is an evening look for the warmer weather that is composed of a few summer items that are currently on sale...granted not every item here is $100 or less, but they are still on sale and a much better deal than their original price!

As we prepare for our baby who is due in August, I have been searching high and low for well priced but stylish baby items and nursery decor.

This week I was surprised to find the adorable brand, Ticklicious at Walmart, which features a variety of nautical inspired nursery decor for an incredibly low price!

Summer is the best time for entertaining...the weather is warm, you can finally get outdoors, and the longer sunny days allow for more lingering outside in the backyard or by the pool.
