I discovered this red a few months ago and since then it has become one of my go to Friday night wines to share with my husband. This Italian red is from Sicily and is made 100% from the Nero D'Avola grape. In my opinion this is a fruity, smooth, and delicious full to medium bodied red that is an incredible value! It pairs well with many foods, but I like it with pizza or a tomato based pasta dish.

Tomorrow I will share with you a delicious red for less than $10 that I plan on drinking over the weekend! Now that we have more living space in our new home, I have been trying to think of clever ways to come up with more seating options for less. Staying at home with a baby I find that these days I'm constantly on the ground and rarely up on adult level, so I thought that some kind of floor seating would really come in handy with my new lifestyle. I know that the floor pouf has been very popular the past few years, and I must admit that this one from Serena and Lily is calling my name, unfortunately it is just not a part of my budget! I think our most economical option at this point would be a few oversized pillows to add some color and comfort to our living room and my daughter's nursery. Here are some oversized floor pillows and poufs that have recently caught my eye. Which one do you think I should splurge on? 1. Kas Eloise Suzani Floor Cushion, Bed Bath and Beyond $14.99
2. 2 Decorative Floor Pillows Any Size, Etsy $40 3. Floor Cushion Deep Blue and White Stripe, Etsy $21.95 4. Coral Trellis Floor Pillow, Overstock $24.99 5. Of course my favorite is The Year You Were Born Card New York 2011... Isn't this a great memento to save for when your child gets older? I definitely will be ordering one for our baby girl!

First of all, I do eat cupcakes for breakfast - I actually did right before we went to the hospital on the day my precious little girl was born! Plus I love all the other fun tips and treats the author, Nikki Rappaport, shares in her blog. I especially loved these striped and sparkly canvas duffles that she had selected last week in a post on the beauty of the color banana! Check it out... Wouldn't you love to take home something lovely and unique like this Forget Me Not ring? Monogrammed linens are such a wonderful way to pull together any bedroom, and personalize the look of your master or guest bedrooms. These days you can find monogrammed linens almost anywhere that sells bed and bath products, but few linen lines top the luxury of Leontine. Here are just a few gorgeous bedrooms featuring Leontine Linens... Image via Pinterest But as gorgeous as these monogrammed sheets and pillows are, it's hard to justify spending $340-$565 on your bed linens! That is why I was so excited when I saw these monogrammed pillows over at The Zhush's great online shop... Aren't they gorgeous?! I will take one of each, but I think the standard sham is definitely coming home with me soon! Do you have a favorite spot for luxe monogrammed items for less? |
