One of things that got me through my pregnancy in good spirits was my daily dose of yoga.  If only I was as good at practicing daily now that I have an infant!  Unfortunately with a baby it is nearly impossible to find time to exercise.

Enter Mother and Child yoga!  It's the perfect way to tone up and also spend some quality time with your child.  

And the new studio Yogi Beans in NYC is celebrating their grand opening with offering free classes for the whole month of March.  Now that is a good deal! 

Yogi Beans offers a You and Me class series that includes children 6 weeks to 4 years old.  They also offer Family Yoga where you can practice with your 5 to 10 year old.
